What You'll Do

• Recommend and sell heating, cooling, and indoor air quality solutions to new and existing customers.
• Educate homeowners on repair and replacement options while delivering a five-star customer experience.
• Maintain communication with dispatch, management, installation teams, and support staff.
• Properly document service calls, recommendations, and completed work.
• Maintain truck inventory and keep company vehicles clean and organized.
• Participate in an on-call rotation as needed.
• Follow all safety standards, company procedures, and industry best practices.
• Attend training opportunities to enhance technical and professional skills.
• Build trust with customers through professionalism, integrity, and expert service.

What You'll Bring

• Proven HVAC sales experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to present solutions and recommendations confidently and professionally.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check.
